Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be completed through our booking engine or an officially listed booking method.
- A booking is confirmed only when a confirmation email or booking reference is issued.
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate details (pickup place, date, time, passengers, luggage, arrival details, villa location, etc.).
- False or misleading bookings may be cancelled without refund.
2. Payment
- All prices displayed during the booking process include VAT and applicable charges, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment methods available are shown during booking.
- Additional stops, excessive luggage or route changes may result in extra fees.
3. Passenger Identification & Legal Requirements
- According to Greek law, a passport or ID number may be required during booking.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult passenger.
4. Pickup & Waiting Time
- The driver will meet you at the designated pickup point shown in your confirmation.
- The service reserves the right to delay scheduled appointments by up to 15 minutes without prior notice (as permitted by local operators).
- In case of boat/ferry delays, the pickup time will be adjusted within reasonable limits.
- If passengers do not appear at the arranged meeting point, the booking may be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
5. Luggage Policy
- Standard luggage allowance applies unless otherwise noted in your booking.
- Oversized bags, beach equipment, or extra items must be declared in advance.
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Loggos Transfers Paxos is not liable for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
